The Dino Domain boss. If you drive into him, you'll get flattened.

 

Bluey the walrus

The Snowflake Mountain boss. If you drive into him you'll get knocked out of the way.

 

Blubber the octopus

The Sherbet Island boss. Cheats a bit, more on the 2nd race. Drops mines on the first race and bubbles on the second race.

 

Smokey the dragon

The Dragon Forest boss. Cheats a lot, more on the 2nd race. Breathes fireballs, more on the 2nd race, some of which are permanent.
